Bold (Function)

Bold gets or sets the bold state of the element. Only values of style values of “bold” will return true, otherwise, false will be returned. If setting the bold state, the calling element will be returned to chain property calls. A value of true will set the font-weight style to “bold”.  All statements below are equivalent.

   1:  $Div("id").Bold(true);
   2:  $Div("id").Style("font-weight", "bold");
   3:  document.getElementById("id").style.fontWeight = "bold";

Overloads

Bold() : Boolean – Returns true if font-weight is set to bold, otherwise false.

Bold(Boolean value) : Element – Sets the font-weight to bold (true) or normal (false).
