Collapsed (Function)

Gets or sets the collapsed state of the element. Collapsed is defined by whether the element takes up space in the document layout. An element that is collapsed essentially has 0 width and 0 height and is not visible nor can be interacted with. It is different from Visible as an object that is not Visible still takes up layout area. Essentially, Collapsed returns true if the display style is set to none, otherwise it returns false. When Collapsed is set to false, the NaturalDisplay field is used to set the elements normal display method (i.d a <td> tag is set to table-cell). When setting the value, the calling element is returned so property calls can be chained together.

Overloads

Collapsed() : Boolean – Returns whether the element is collapsed.

Collapsed(Boolean value) : Element -  Sets whether the element is collapsed or not.
