Height (Function)

Gets or sets the height of the element. Setting the height is subject to the normal styling rules of the browser. An element with a display style of "inline" will ignore the height that is assigned, where as an element with the display style of "block" will honor it. Note: Height is different from LayoutHeight and AttributeHeight. AttributeHeight refers to the height set in the attributes of the element tag as it often has different rule sets where as LayoutHeight returns the full box model area taken up by the element. All Height values returned and set are in pixels. When setting the Height, the calling element is returned so that property calls can be chained.

Overloads

Height() : Number – Gets the set height, in pixels, of the element.

Height(Number pixels) : Element -  Sets the height, in pixels, of the element, provided it has the appropriate display style.
